Woman Who Accused Jay-Z Of Rape Heard On Tape Saying Assault Never Happened Plus More [VIDEO]

To recap: An accuser being identified as ‘Jane Doe’ in federal lawsuit that was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant, was refiled to include rapper Jay-Z.  According to the lawsuit ‘Jane Doe’ is alleging the then 13-year-old girl in 2000 was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party where she was sexually assaulted.  Jay-Z is vehemently denying the allegations and has filed a motion for Jane Doe’s identity to be revealed.  Jane Doe took part in an interview with NBC, not revealing her identity, revealed inconsistencies in her allegations.   Jay-Z  vehemently denied the allegations, alleging this has been an alleged money grab.  Attorney Buzbee eventually dismissed his case, that’s when Jay-Z filed a lawsuit of his own over the whole ordeal.  A judge then ruled that  Mr. Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) presented a strong case that Buzbee acted recklessly and with actual malice when he named the rapper in a now-dismissed rape lawsuit last December.

That’s the short version, to what has happened now.

The woman who said she was 13 when Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted her after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards is heard on a recording (an excerpt of which was obtained by ABC News) agreeing Jay-Z did not assault her and saying her lawyer pushed her to sue Jay-Z.
