Attorney Buzbee Dismisses Lawsuit Against Jay-Z Now Mr. Carter Is Filing A Lawsuit Of His Own

Texas attorney Tony Buzbee filed dozens of cases on behalf of anonymous accusers of sexual misconduct against Sean “Diddy” Combs and included one alleging rapper Jay-Z participated in the rape of a teenager.  Jay-Z  vehemently denied the allegations, alleging this has been an alleged money grab.  The Jane Doe story wasn’t adding up.  Leaving people wondering whether or not was Jay-Z really Diddy!?

Jane Doe who alleged Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jay-Z sexually assaulted her 25 years ago has withdrawn her lawsuit against them.  In a notice of voluntary dismissal filed Friday, attorneys for the woman dropped the lawsuit with prejudice, preventing it from being re-filed in the future.

You would think for Jay-Z, this chapter is over, but Mr. Carter isn’t done with this and has filed a lawsuit of his own.

Reportedly according to court documents for Jay-Z’s suit state, “I felt that Mr. Buzbee was placing a gun to my head that I either bow to his demands or endure personal and financial ruin.” In addition the rapper believes Buzbee purposely filed the complaint against him on the eve of Blue Ivy’s “Mufasa: The Lion King” movie premiere. The suit says, “To put me in the position of having to choose between supporting my daughter or hiding to avoid the negative press.”
