Jay-Z’s Jane Doe Accuser In An Interview Admits To Inconsistencies In Her Story [VIDEO]

An accuser being identified as ‘Jane Doe’ in federal lawsuit that was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant, was refiled to include rapper Jay-Z.  According to the lawsuit ‘Jane Doe’ is alleging the then 13-year-old girl in 2000 was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party where she was sexually assaulted.  Jay-Z is vehemently denying the allegations and has filed a motion for Jane Doe’s identity to be revealed.

Jane Doe took part in an interview with NBC, not revealing her identity, however she did reveal there are inconsistencies in her allegations.

According to Jane Doe in the lawsuit:

She was living in Rochester, New York, in 2000 and that attending the VMAs was “on my bucket list at 13. She said she snuck out a window to evade her parents, when a friend then drove her to Radio City Music Hall in New York City, she said in the lawsuit.  She didn’t have a ticket to get in however a limo driver that worked for Diddy told her after the show he would take her to Diddy’s afterparty, where she alleges both Diddy and Jay-Z raped her.  She then managed to flee the house and ran to a gas station, where they let her use to call her father who came and picked her up, but he never asked her what had happened and she never said.

In a recent interview with NBC, Jane Doe says:

“I’m talking to, like, Fred Durst, Benji Madden, about his tattoo, because, you know, about his tattoo that’s ‘The Last Supper,’ because I have a religious background, so it was just something to talk about.”  After accepting a drink from a waitress  “I started feeling funny. Tried to start looking for a place to lay down.”  After finding a room to lay down in she claims that both Diddy and Jay busted up in the room asking her if she was ready to party. “Jay-Z comes over, holds me down. I start trying to push away. He puts his hand over my mouth, tells me to stop it, to cut the shit, and then he rapes me like he had me overpowered,”

Here is where the Jane Doe story to NBC  inconsistencies come in:

Her father told NBC News that he does not recall picking her up after the alleged attack, casting doubt on a key detail in her lawsuit.  According to their address at the time, her father would have driven more than five hours from their home to pick her up.  Jane Doe also told NBC News she spoke with musician Benji Madden at the after-party. But a representative for Madden confirmed that neither Benji nor his brother Joel attended the 2000 VMAs and that they were on tour in the Midwest at that time.  Also the woman that allegedly drove her to New York that night has died.

Jay-Z is doubling down on his denial that he ever raped a teenage girl alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs, saying that newly revealed inconsistencies in her story prove that her account is not credible.
