Jay-Z Files A Motion For His Accuser To Reveal Herself [VIDEO]

Breaking news on Sunday was an accuser being identified as ‘Jane Doe’ in federal lawsuit that was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant, was refiled Sunday to include rapper Jay-Z.  According to the lawsuit ‘Jane Doe’ is alleging the then 13-year-old girl in 2000 was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party where she was sexually assaulted.  Jay-Z vehemently denying the allegations released a statement on Sunday.

Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter is keeping the gas to pedal in this matter as he has now within 24 hours of the shocking news breaking he has filed a motion for Jane Doe’s identity to be revealed.

“Mr. Carter should not have to defend himself in the brightest of spotlights against an accuser who hides in complete darkness while leveling allegations that describe the purported acts occurring in the plain sight of witnesses who could refute the plaintiff’s claims if only her identity was revealed,”

In November Jay-Z filed a lawsuit against Attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing Jane Doe, accusing them of attempting to blackmail him to avoid his name coming out in public.  Jay-Z believes Toney Buzbee and Jane Doe only added him as a named defendant, when he stood his ground, saying, “Make no mistake this case is about retaliating against the rare target who would not pay.”

Jay-Z is the now the first celebrity to be named in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs case.
