Attorney Tony Buzbee Says Jay-Z Has Tried Bullying Him

On Sunday it was reported that an accuser being identified as ‘Jane Doe’ in federal lawsuit that was originally filed in October, listing Combs as a defendant, was refiled Sunday to include rapper Jay-Z, accusing him of raping her at the age of 13 years old. Jay-Z immediately released a statement vehemently denying the allegations, filed a motion for Jane Doe’s identity to be revealed.

Ironically in November Jay-Z filed a lawsuit against Attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing Jane Doe, accusing them of attempting to blackmail him to avoid his name coming out in public.  Jay-Z believes Toney Buzbee and Jane Doe only added him as a named defendant, when he stood his ground, saying, “Make no mistake this case is about retaliating against the rare target who would not pay.”

Attorney Tony Buzbee is responding what Jay-Z’s response to the lawsuit saying that Jay is the one bullying him.

Tony Buzbee, who filed the suit on behalf of Jane Doe, tells TMZ … “Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me and my firm. He even filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym. What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim and that victim never demanded a penny from him. Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation. Since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve.”
