Jay-Z Accuser Is Saying Don’t Believe The Tape [VIDEO]

We recently reported that the woman who said she was 13 when Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted her after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards is heard on a recording (an excerpt of which was obtained by ABC News) agreeing Jay-Z did not assault her and saying her lawyer pushed her to sue Jay-Z.  So one would way that the proof is in the audio, however Jay-Z’s accuser is saying don’t believe what the tape say’s because the private investigators lied and they made her retract her rape account.

‘Jane Doe’ had alleged the then 13-year-old girl in 2000 was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party where she was sexually assaulted.  Jay-Z is vehemently denying the allegations and has filed a motion for Jane Doe’s identity to be revealed.  Jane Doe took part in an interview with NBC, not revealing her identity, revealed inconsistencies in her allegations.  ‘Jane Doe’ was later withdrawn with prejudice, meaning it cannot be revived.

According TMZ, Jay-Z’s accuser has filed new declarations, telling the judge Charlotte Henderson and James Butler shocked her when they showed up, uninvited, at the door of her Alabama home and allegedly the private investigators made of her allegedly retracting her rape allegation.  According to Jane Doe unlike the picture that had been portrayed she was not in any way “calm, natural, or at ease” and “trembled the entire time we spoke”.  Jane Doe also said:

“I never stated (whether once or 4 times) that Mr. Carter did not assault me.”

Jane Doe is also denying that Attorney Buzbee encouraged her to sue Jay-Z.
