Back in 2021  golf great Tiger Woods has been injured in a single car accident where it appears that his vehicle rolled over and Tiger had to be removed after using the jaws of life in Ranchos Palos Verdes, a city in Los Angeles County, California, suffering multiple leg injuries that almost retired his career.  Then in 2026 Tiger Woods’ SUV clipped the back of a pickup truck and flipped onto its side in Martin County, Florida.  Officers noted signs of impairment, and police found two hydrocodone pills in his pocket. Woods passed a breathalyzer test but refused a urine test.  Tiger Woods initially faced charges of driving under the influence (DUI) and refusing a lawful test.  However a deal has been struck, however the issue becomes will he even be able to drive a golf cart??

Tiger Woods struck a plea deal in his DUI case, pleading no contest to reckless driving and refusing to take a urine test. The deal included Tiger Woods pledging not to drive a motor vehicle for the next 5 years.

The Judge headed a warning to Tiger Woods:

“There are no exceptions. If you were to drive for any reason at all, you would go immediately back to jail.”

However in the state of Florida a golf cart is considered at motor vehicle now the Florida State Attorney Thomas Bakkedahl says he’ll have to look into whether or not Tiger will be able to driver on the grounds in a golf cart during his 5-year license suspension.  Because Tiger Woods has gotten behind the wheel of his golf carts, especially during practice.
