Former RHOA Kim Zolciack Son Kroy Biermann Jr., Indicted On 7 Charges Including Molestation And Sexual Battery

It’s being reported that former RHOA Kim Zolciak’s son, Kroy Biermann Jr., has reportedly been indicted by a Georgia grand jury on seven charges tied to an alleged incident involving a classmate that is under the age of 16. 

Allegedly Kroy Jr. assaulted a female classmate inside a gym changing room. Authorities had been investigating the allegations for months before he was arrested last month.  According to TMZ, the charges include aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment.

The investigation into this incident is still ongoing, and an indictment is not a conviction.
