NYC Mayor Eric Adams Indicted In Federal Corruption Investigation

Breaking news of historical proportions is being reported, New York City Eric Adams has been indicted in a Federal corruption investigation.

Former police officer turned politician, Eric Adams, along with members of his inner circle has spent nearly a year under the cloud of federal investigations.  Reportedly Eric Adams cell phones were seized and, the residences of some of his closest confidants were searched by federal agents working on several related corruption probes.  

Many have turned over their cellphones to federal authorities including, the schools chancellor, David Banks, Banks’s younger brothers, Philip, the deputy mayor for public safety, and Terence, as well as David Banks’s fiancée, Sheena Wright, the first deputy mayor.  

The historic indictment of the first sitting mayor of New York City is expected to be unsealed Thursday by US Attorney Damian Williams. It’s being reported that Eric Adams will surrender to authorities early next week.
