We have all been to a fast food restaurant were a mistake has been made. But as customers sometimes we can be a little abrasive and as employees we turn into filters for whatever language is thrown our way. So what happens when item’s are thrown instead of language?
A Cincinnati, Ohio woman goes through the infamous drive-thru line at McDonald’s and orders her babies some food. Her order was incorrect so she pulls her car over, goes inside to tell them their mistake then waits for the correct order. After 25 minutes waiting, countless others walking through the door placing their orders then getting their food, the customer then demands the manager. Then here is were the situation goes left. The customer upset about her service, decided to throw her food at the manager. Instead of the manager deescalating the situation, the manger clocked the customer with a blender knocking her down and out.
