Halle Berry Has Lost Custody Of Her Son [VIDEO]

Oscar award winning actress Halle Berry has had her share of husbands however one in particular is giving her the absolute blues.  Halle Berry’s ex-husband number 3 and baby daddy, Olivier Martinez, recently made allegations that Halle Berry physically abused their 12-year-old son Maceo and a Los Angeles County judge granted a request for a temporary restraining order against Halle Berry .  Now a judge has ruled to give primary custody to Olivier Martinez.

According to TMZ, Olivier will maintain primary physical custody of their 13-year-old son, Maceo, after the judge rejected Halle’s request to restore their previous 50/50 custody arrangement. Halle will also no longer be allowed to have overnight visits with their son, while Olivier’s request to restrict her custody during the holidays was denied.

Halle Berry was accused by her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, of physically abusing their 13-year-old son, Maceo, during a September 26, 2026 incident. Martinez alleged that Berry jumped on the teenager and choked him. Berry strongly denied all allegations, stating she was play-wrestling and has never abused her child.
