People have been praying that the Government would leave that highly addictive TikTok alone but as of right now prayers on that have not been answered. The TikTok ban bill has made it’s way through congress to President Joe Biden’s desk.
President Joe Biden not afraid of loosing, TikTok junkies around the US vote, has signed it, now he is off to Morehouse College to deliver this years graduating students commencement speech, whether some folks were happy about it or not.
Biden is giving the commencement address at Morehouse College, but students couldn’t care less:
“I don’t see myself being there. At the end of the day, this is kind of like something that’s on his political agenda to kind of maybe get more young Black voters.” pic.twitter.com/JAbnf56dfE

The bill that Biden signed gives TikTok’s Chinese parent, ByteDance, 270 days to sell TikTok. Failure to do so would lead to significant consequences: TikTok would be prohibited from US app stores and from “internet hosting services” that support it. The trouble is that TikTok’s parent is subject to Chinese law, and the Chinese government is on record opposing a sale.
TikTok’s CEO Shou Chew posted a TikTok video of his own threatening legal action, “Rest assured: we aren’t going anywhere.”
