50 Cent Granted A Temporary Restraining Order Against Tia Kemp

Rapper 50 Cent threatened Rick Ross and Tia Kemp with a cease and desist, and was granted a temporary restraining or against Tia Kemp.

According to TMZ, a judge granted 50 Cent’s request for a temporary injunction on Monday, October 26, requiring Kemp to remain at least 500 feet away from Sire. The order also prohibits her from contacting the teen directly or indirectly, including through social media. Additionally, Kemp is barred from possessing firearms or ammunition and must surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement once served.

This all started when, reportedly, Rick Ross’ and Tia Kemp’s son William Roberts III was allegedly attacked at gunpoint at Bethune-Cookman University earlier this month.   50 Cent, who has a longstanding feud with Rick Ross, took to social media to make jokes about the situation.  Tia ‘Yuntie’ Kemp wasn’t here for it so she responded on social media with a post of her own saying “U wanna play? U have NO room to post anyone’s child when urs on the spectrum,” this along with a photo of Daphne Joy’s sexual activity during her pregnancy with Sire before calling 50 Cent an “emotional simp.”.  50 Cent countered with a cease and desist then went and bailed out the young man that had been accused of attacked Rick Ross and Tia Kemp’s son.
