Just when you thought the plot couldn’t thicken even more, the young man accused of pistol whipping Tia Kemp and Rick Ross’ is publicly thanking Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson for bailing him out in the midst of the Fifty vs. Yunite social media battle that has prompted cease and desist action.
Reportedly, Rick Ross’ and Tia Kemp’s son William Roberts III was allegedly attacked at gunpoint at Bethune-Cookman University earlier this month. What seems to be an altercation over a woman. Don Roberts III, 20 years old, allegedly rolled up on William Roberts III, approached him holding a tan handgun in his right hand, aimed it, and said, “I don’t care who your daddy is, I’ll kill you right here,” then at some point hit Roberts in the head with the gun. Following reports of the alleged assault and an arrest in the case, 50 Cent, who has a longstanding feud with Rick Ross, took to social media to make jokes about the situation. Tia ‘Yuntie’ Kemp wasn’t here for it so she responded on social media with a post of her own saying “U wanna play? U have NO room to post anyone’s child when urs on the spectrum,” this along with a photo of Daphne Joy’s sexual activity during her pregnancy with Sire before calling 50 Cent an “emotional simp.” Then Yuntie, on social media, shared the cease and desist letter, with a law firm stating it represents Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, both personally and as the parent of his minor son, orders her to stop her online attacks on Sire, including posts about his medical status. Tia Kemp captioned saying harshly, forget 50 Cent his lawyers and guess what they got lawyers too.
Which brings us to now…
50 Cent said on social media that, “This was a misunderstanding that can easily be resolved,” . Now Don Roberts III is issuing 50 Cent a public video thank you for bailing him out. (see video below)
Don Roberts III was granted a $50,000 bond and is required to stay in Florida and wear a GPS monitor.
