Creepy Masked Man That Has Been Terrorizing Philadelphia Ran Up On The Wrong Sista [VIDEO]

Philadelphia police are searching for a man wearing a creepy mask who has been harassing, chasing and threatening  people near City Hall, including a woman whom he asked if she was “ready to die.”  While the search continues reportedly creepy mask man ran up on the wrong sista and got kicked in the chest.

Jameka Wilson said she was on her way to SoulCycle when she first saw a man wearing what police described as a ‘Chucky’ Halloween mask following a woman right outside City Hall. Wilson was able to warn the woman that the creepy guy was coming, however when the woman ran away he turned his attention to a man chasing him into a business. When Jameka Wilson began walking away, she said the masked person began to chase her.

“When he was approaching me he was laughing menacingly, it wasn’t really super scary to me,” “My fight or flight had kind of struck at that point.” “He seemed disoriented that I had turned around in general and at that point I blocked my face, preparing to fight him, and he put his hands up too, but he didn’t block his center line,”

That’s when Jameka Wilson kicked the creepy masked man in the chest causing him to stumble then run away.

Police believe the masked person is a man who is about 5-feet-8 and 16 to 20 years old, “wearing a white baby doll style Halloween mask with black hair, and a black/blue plaid backpack,” Police warned in the statement that if “you see this suspect do not approach, contact 911 immediately.”
