Oklahoma Teen Is Given A Get Out Of Jail Free Pass after Facing Up To 80yrs In prison For The Rape And Assault Of Two HS Girls [VIDEO]

Oklahoma State Rep. Justin Humphrey is demanding an investigation after 18 year old Jesse Mack Butler received what many are calling a “slap on the wrist” after facing up to 80 years in prison for raping and assaulting two high school girls, one of whom was nearly choked to death.

Jesse Mack Butler, then 17, was charged as an adult with 10 felony counts, including rape, attempted rape, sexual battery and assault. Butler, who initially pleaded not guilty, later struck a plea deal with the district attorney that downgraded his case from adult to “youthful offender” status, allowing him to avoid any prison time despite the severity of his crimes.

According to a report the attacks on the two girls happened early last year when they each dated Jesse Mack Butler who is revered as a sports star. The first victim told investigators that Butler repeatedly raped her and choked her when she tried to refuse during their three month relationship. According to her doctor the victim if he had of chocked her for 30 more seconds would have died, had to have surgery to repair her throat. The second victim also said that Butler chocked her as well until she passed out while he video taped the assault.
