Usher Speaks On His First Celebrity Crush Being Chilli of TLC

Usher Raymond started out in the music industry as a young teenager and has endured the maturations of the entertainment world, survived some high profile relationships and took Las Vegas Residency to a whole other level.

Now 30 years in the music business, Usher is a newly wed with children and has found himself taking over Essence Magazine as the Sexiest Man of the Moment spread.

Everybody knew that Usher and Chilli were thee couple back in the early 2000’s then Usher’s ‘Confessions’ dropped and the rumors that his album was the testimony of why they broke up.  Usher say’s he even proposed to Chilli but she shot him down.

What we didn’t know was prior to meeting Chilli she was Usher’s first celebrity crush.

In the Essence promo with sexy music being the bed to the revelation, Usher said:

 “Imma be real honest with y’all today.”  “Chilli was my first celebrity crush. I think I was 11 or 12, something like that.”
