Tyrese Playing Political Commentator Gets Fact Checked By Roland Martin [VIDEO]

With the presidential election literally right around the corner, you all of the sudden have entertainers wielding their celebrity status to through support behind their favorite candidate as well as some playing political commentators.

Roland Martin fact checked Baby Boy.

Singer/Actor, Tyrese, in his ‘Beautiful Pain’ has been in the blogs lately promoting his newest album and we all know that when singers are promoting their new albums they can sometimes “do the most”.  Tyrese in a video playing political commentator, as you will, with Attorney Ben Crump, spoke on the Asian hate crime bill signed by the Biden-Harris administration which was designed to keep them safe. However, Tyrese questions that same protection for the African-American community. 

By professional, political commentator, Roland Martin, posted a video saying that Tyrese is out of order and needs to do some fact checking before he hits a ‘live’ button on his social media.  Roland Martin in his video also cites numerous examples of bills signed into law that were created in response to hate crimes against black people.
