The biggest news in the blogs and social media since Sunday has been an accuser being identified as ‘Jane Doe’ in federal lawsuit that was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant, was refiled Sunday to include rapper Jay-Z. Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter within 24 hours of the shocking news filed a motion for Jane Doe’s identity to be revealed. Jay-Z believes attorney Toney Buzbee and Jane Doe only added him as a named defendant, when he stood his ground, saying, “Make no mistake this case is about retaliating against the rare target who would not pay.” Clearly Jay-Z is not running nor hiding. The Carter’s Jay-Z, Beyonce and Blue Ivy attended the ‘Mufasa’ premiere as a family.
The Carter family members hit the red carpet as they were in attendance at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, where “The Lion King” prequel film had its highly anticipated premiere. The premiere was set to be a major milestone for Beyonce as well as her and Jay-Z’s eldest daughter Blue Ivy, having appeared in the upcoming blockbuster together, as a King of his family should.
