Tevin Biles-Thomas Acquitted Victims Mother Charges Him In Court

Tevin Biles-Thomas, the brother of the history making Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, is making headlines, but not for his athletic prowess but for beating a murder charge on a technicality that left the families of the Ohio victims furious and one of the victims mother charged at him in court.

Tevin Biles-Thomas had been arrested and charged with multiple counts of murder, involuntary manslaughter, and felonious assault, along with one count of perjury for the fatal shooting, at an Airbnb rental property in Cleveland, Ohio on New Years eve 2018, that left three men, DelVaunte Johnson, 19, Toshaun Banks, 21, and DeVaughn Gibson, 23, dead.  The shooting happened after allegedly a group of men arrived at the party uninvited.  However in May a Ohio judge was forced to declare a mistrial in Biles-Thomas murder case after 12 jurors said they had read legal paperwork from Tevin Biles-Thomas lawyers and prosecutors arguing over whether Biles-Thomas might have acted in self-defense that inadvertently was included in evidence given to them to review. The jurors said that after reading the documents, (that no one knows how it ended up in the jurors hands), their decision was influenced by what the read.

On Tuesday a judge dismissed the murder charges against Tevin Biles-Thomas and it is being reported that immediately after the ruling one of the victims mothers charged Biles-Thomas after yelling

“you have to be f—— kidding me.” “I’m going to kill you,”

We will be keeping the family of all involved in the tragedy uplifted in our prayers
