Dr. Dre And Jimmy lovine Teams Up to Launch New School In South LA [VIDEO]

Look at God, it seems like legendary music producer Dr. Dre along with Jimmy loving is talking a little bit of a page out of LeBron James book and is giving back to our future leaders by teaming up with Los Angeles Unified School District to open a new high school in South Los Angeles.

The high school that hasn’t been named yet doors will open in the fall of 2022.  Although Dr. Dre is known for his beats this school is not a music school, it will be a “magnet school” meaning that students can apply from across the sprawling district. Transportation will be provided for those outside the local area. 

According to Dr. Dre the school is for the inner city child that is much like himself when he was growing up,  providing a place that children can learn about things that they are interested in.  Record Exec. Jimmy lovine said that “This is for kids who want to go out and start their own company or go work at a place… like Marvel, or Apple or companies like that,”

God Bless the child that has his own and each one teach one…AMEN.
