TD Jakes’ Daughter Gives Update on The Bishop’s Health [VIDEO]

Prayer warriors jumped into action when it appeared that 67 year old Bishop TD Jakes suffered a medical emergency while preaching his Sunday service in his Dallas Mega Church Potter’s House.  During the service TD Jake appeared to be hot then while speaking his speech seemed slurred before dropping his head.  According to  a statement shared on TD Jakes’ official social media page “under the care of medical professionals” and is “stable”.

Bishop TD Jakes daughter, Sarah Jakes Roberts has an update on the Bishops health condition via a video message alongside her husband, Touré Roberts, shared via social media.

“Hey, family. I know that today has been an interesting day for us, but we didn’t want to lay down without giving you all an update about how everything is going with Bishop,” “We want to thank you, first of all, for your prayers, your support, your concerns. It’s truly been a blessing,” …“today could’ve been a tragic day,” …“He’s strong. We’re trying to get him to sit down. He’s the strong bishop that we know. But we really can’t thank you enough for your prayers … for all your kind words,” 

According to Sarah Jakes Roberts, Bishop Jakes, is doing well while recovering under medical care.

Also members of TD Jakes choir is giving testimony the Bishop will be in the pulpit this coming Sunday.

I am a choir member of the Potter’s House Choir ( just giving this context so that what I say doesn’t come off as an assumption) Bishop is doing fine he was able to speak to the congregation and let everyone know he will see us next Sunday. He walked off the platform. Please continue to pray for him and his family because the devil thought he had him but we are a praying church that will not back down for nothing.
