State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall Threatened To Shoot Black Teens [VIDEO]

State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall attended the party at a friend’s home in New Hartford, New York, with her husband and three teenage children. Four black teenagers arrived after receiving an invite allegedly via a text.  An argument then a fight broke out allegedly over the black teens attendance.  The black teens couldn’t because they lost their keys in the scuffle and State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall interjected her authority threatening to shoot the teens and throw their keys in the toilet if she found them, and then proceeded to brag about her son beating someone up, she also encouraged police when they arrived to arrest the and all was caught on body-cam video.

“Get off the property! And’s that’s from Judge Gall! I’m a judge!,” …”you can shoot them on the property. I’ll shoot them on the property.”

According to a statement for Justice Erin Gall’s attorney, the judge was in shock at the time triggered by an incident that happened to her in the 90’s.  Gall say’s she also went to counseling following this incident.

Now New York State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall is suspended and facing possible removal from the bench.
