Shyne Say’s Brandy Has A History Of Not Being Honest About Relationships Following Denying One With Him [VIDEO]

Oooh Ohhh, da dum da da dat…Bad Boy Belizean Rapper Shyne busted onto the scene in 2000, with a bonafide banger ‘Bad Boyz’ that is still rockin in clubs till this day, when his career got cut short when the verge of releasing his self titled debut album, he was involved in a nightclub shooting incident on December 27, 1999, and in June 2001 he was convicted of assault and sentenced to 10 years in prison where he continued to record music.   Shyne changed to Moses Michael Levi Barrow in 2006. Moses Michael Levi Barrow, known professionally as Shyne, is now a Belizean politician who finds himself always being asked about his Bad Boy Hip Hop days typically keeps things positive.  However a recently on the It Is What It Is podcast, Mase’s cohost, Cam’ron, brought up Brandy and asked Mase and Shyne about rumors that they both dated singer Brandy, with some of their time spent with her overlapping.  Ray J thought the conversation was disrespectful and Brandy took to her social media to say the her and Shyne were just platonic friends while saying that her memoir PHASES will be available March 31, 2026.  Shyne’s response to being platonic with Brandy is she has a history of not being honest about her relationships.

During a recent appearance on Way Up With Angela Yee, Shyne opened up about his past connection to Brandy.   According to Shyne, Brandy has historically been private about her personal life, noting that she has worked to maintain her public image over the years, going so far as to not being host about her relationships.  Shyne also referenced a past moment involving Oprah, recalling that Brandy previously acknowledged she was not truthful during a 2002 interview about her relationship status, when she claimed to had been married opposed to saying she had a child out of wedlock.
