RHOA Ex-husband Simon Guobadia Says He Was Blindsided When Taken Into ICE Custody, And That Porsha Could Have Snitched On Him??

Real Housewives of Atlanta Porsha Williams soon to be ex-husband Simon Guobadia was living his best life in the ATL, fighting for his rights, money and property in the midst of his divorce from Porsha, then life hit him.  Simon Guobadia was detained by ICE and held in their custody for four months before eventually being deported to Nigeria. A judge ruled that the formal couple’s prenuptial agreement would be enforced, meaning Porsha Williams will receive $40,000 per month in alimony for 15 months and have her legal fees paid.  Porsha Williams also gets the Rolls-Royce Guobadia gifted her and has until 2027 to decide whether she wants to remain in the $7,000,000 pre-marital home they shared during their union.

For the first time RHOA ex-husband Simon Guobadia is speaking out about being blindsided in the midst of it all.

According to 61 year old Simon Guobadia he has been left emotionally shaken from his ICE detention.  Guobadia fighting back tears told Us Weekly, “I understand why people would kill themselves,”.

Simon says that ICE agents boarded his plane and detained him, claiming he was held in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day under protective custody due to his celebrity status.  Simon Guobadia also says he felt targeted by ICE and that they confiscated his laptop and phones, which he describes as his mobile office. 

He also described the ICE detention as overcrowded conditions, poor food, and a lack of communication and  “There was no coffee, no purified water, and no real meat,”  

Simon Guobadia also say’s that he did not know but felt it was possible that RHOA peach holder Porsha Williams or someone connected to her may have called ICE.   {read more}
