Legendary Rock N Roll Pioneer Little Richard Has Died Age 87

Prayers are in order, as it is being reported that the flamboyant piano playing pioneer of Rock N Roll, the legendary Little Richard, has passed away at the age of 87 from cancer.  The sad news was confirmed by Little Richard’s son, Danny Jones Penniman.

Richard Wayne Penniman, better know as  Little Richard, born in 1932 in Macon, Georgia was an original inductee into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame in 1986, is best known for hits “Long Tall Sally”, “Rip It Up” , “Lucille” in 1957,  “Good Golly Miss Molly” in 1958 and “Tutti Frutti,” to name a few.
