Fella’s Do You Need Makeup? A-Rod Just Launched a Male Makeup Line ‘HIMS’

Males have come a long way since the days of working in factories with permanently dirty nails and crust feet.  Quiet as it is kept a lot of women love for their men to get their hair, nails and feet done.  What was once deemed a metro sexual male has almost became an expectation of woman and makeup for men is not only for television…well at lest until this news broke.

Retired 22 year veteran of Major League Baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez AKA A-Rod and ex-boo of J-Lo took some beatification tips away from the relationship as he has taken to his Instagram account to announce the launching of his new makeup line ‘Hims’.  At the age of 45 A-Rod has traded his baseball team for  the Hims & Hers team, the beauty and wellness company in which he and Jennifer Lopez are investors, to develop the brand’s first makeup for men.

For the ladies that thought A-Rod was flawless, clearly that is not the case.

According to Rodriguez:

“I wanted to create a product that solved an issue I faced every day. I realized as I was jumping from meeting to meeting, I needed something quick and easy in my routine to conceal blemishes or razor bumps,” 

The Blur Stick comes at an affordable price of $17 and is available in 8 different shades.

How many of you brotha’s are down with a little makeup to get you through the day?  I wonder do the ladies now have to worry about getting makeup on their shirts and dresses from their man now?  #IJS
