Duane “Keefe D” Davis Seeks To Have Memoirs, Hard Drives And More Tossed From Tupac Murder Trial

Keefe D had been speaking openly about his involvement with Tupac’s murder for years now, alleging his nephew and fellow Crip Orlando Anderson was the trigger man that fateful night for years, (in our Suge Knight voice) all up in the interviews about Tupac’s death, all up in the documentaries. On September 29, 2023, 60 year old Duane Keith Davis, aka “Keffe D,” was arrested July of 2024 for the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.  Now Keffe D is wanting all that he shared prior to the arrest tossed out of the Tupac Shakur murder trial.

Duane “Keefe D” Davis has filed motions seeking to suppress materials seized during a September 2023 raid at his Henderson, Nevada home, arguing the search was conducted unlawfully at night. According to his legal team, the warrant was approved after authorities presented what they call a “misleading portrait” of Davis.  Keefe D’s attorney argues that Davis has not tr*fficked dr*gs since 2008, is a cancer survivor, and has lived quietly with his wife for nearly a decade.
