Chef Who Accused Stefon Diggs Of Strangulation Testifies That She Slept With Him Prior To Being Hired, Then Things Went Left  [VIDEO]

 Stefon Diggs was slapped with charges of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery in connection with a Dec. 2 incident.  Diggs’ private chef at the time alleged that she approached him about back pay she claimed he owed her, and things quickly escalated, according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE.  She alleged that Diggs then “smacked her across the face,” … “tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.”…  Stefon Diggs has “categorically” denied the allegations.   Well as they say ‘there is always more to the story’ and Diggs former Chef is telling hers on the stand in court in a recent testimony.  According to Stefon Diggs former Chef, prior to being hired by Diggs they had slept together.  Things got messy after she was hired, and was accused by someone that she was spreading rumors that he was going long, playing wide receiver with other staff members.

Stefon Diggs had 2025 on lock with his new team the New England Patriots being Super Bowl bound and a new baby on the way with rapper Cardi B, however according to his former chef Diggs 2025 year started with her.

According to Diggs former Chef, Mila Adams, testimony, she first connected with Diggs through Instagram about four and a half years ago. What started as a friendship eventually turned into something sexual before he later hired her as his personal chef.  She told the court she began working for him around February 2025, living in his home and cooking meals for about $2,000 a week. She also said her role wasn’t just cooking, claiming she focused on helping him stay healthy.   The chef says she lived with Diggs from July until December, but things started getting tense toward the end of November. She claims issues came up after someone in his circle accused her of spreading rumors about him being involved with another woman on his staff.  According to her, that situation caused friction in the house and even led to her being left behind when Diggs and his team took a trip to Miami.

According to court records, the chef, Mila Adams, told officers that she and Diggs had argued about money he owed her for work at his home in Dedham, Massachusetts, in December of 2025 when according to Adams, Diggs “smacked her across the face” and then “tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck,” leaving her feeling short of breath. She told officers she had trouble breathing and felt she could have blacked out.

Stefon Diggs claims that the incident never happened.
