Alabama Attorney Calling For Carlee Russell To Serve Jail Time [VIDEO}

It’s been a little over a week since the curious kidnapping Carlee Russell started.  Carlee Russell called 911 stating she seen a toddler walking along the side of the highway.  When authorities arrived Carlee Russell nor the toddler was nowhere to be found.  Then on Saturday just as mysteriously as Carlee Russell disappeared she reappeared.  Everyone had many questions but Carlee Russell had little answers and authorities in a timeline of her disappearance events in so many words feel Carlee Russell pulled a Jussie Smollett.

So just like Jussie Smollett was tried and convicted of an alleged hoax, an Alabama attorney is calling for Carlee Russell to serve time.

According to a report, Eric Guster, a former criminal attorney, feels Carlee Russell should go to jail for lying to police.  

“She said she was kidnapped, and a kidnapping didn’t happen. Our citizens are safe, there’s not a kidnapper out there. So they use every other synonym for lie except saying she lied.” -Eric Guster
