Halle Berry’s Baby Daddy Granted A Restraining Order Against Her After He Alleged She Physical Abused Their Son

Oscar award winning actress Halle Berry has had her share of husbands however one in particular is giving her the absolute blues.  Halle Berry’s ex-husband number 3 and baby daddy, Olivier Martinez, recently made allegations that Halle Berry physically abused their 12-year-old son Maceo and now a Los Angeles County judge granted a request for a temporary restraining order against Halle Berry .

This comes following Martinez making allegations that Halle Berry “grabbed Maceo by the neck and started choking him while shouting, ‘Who is dominant now?! Who is dominant?’ ” 

Halle Berry’s attorney Marina Beck told TMZ …

“To say this filing is entirely meritless and deliberately misleading would be an understatement. There is voluminous evidence, including numerous judicial rulings, that Olivier Martinez repeatedly violated court orders and interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry’s minor son Maceo – misconduct for which Mr. Martinez has already been legally sanctioned.”

Reportedly on  October 1st, a Los Angeles County judge granted Olivier Martinez’s request for a temporary restraining order that covered both himself and Maceo, ordered temporarily modified visitation, writing that partial custody is to be “continued to maintain communication between [Berry] and [Maceo], while denying a request that Berry’s sobriety be monitored, citing “insufficient information.”

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez who were married in 2013 finalized their divorce in August of 2023 after a contentious eight-year battle. At the time, they agreed to joint legal custody of their son, Maceo, with Halle Berry being ordered to pay $8,000 a month in child support to Martinez, along with “4.3% of any income she receives above $2,000,000” in additional support.
