Rapper Rick Ross Arrested On Felony Domestic Violence Charges Following His Ex-Girlfriends Social Media Reveal [VIDEO]

Rapper Rick Ross’ ex-girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick recently accused him of physically abusing her in a photo comment on social media when someone replied to her photo saying they could see what Rick saw in her, she answered, “He saw a punching bag.”  Rick Ross’s other ex-girlfriend/baby mama, Tia Kemp AKA Yuntie, say’s Jazzma was just looking for a payday.   Rick Ross has now been arrested on felony domestic violence charges.

William Leonard Roberts aka Rapper Rick Ross, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami Beach on domestic violence charges, including felony battery by strangulation and misdemeanor battery.  His bond was listed at $5,000 for the strangulation charge and $1,000 for battery, totaling $6,000.  Rick Ross has hired private attorney Bradley Horenstein and is scheduled to be arraigned on October 22.

According to Miami Beach police and the arrest affidavit, the charges stem from an alleged late August domestic violence incident at his residence on Star Island that was reported to police on September 29, 2026.  Rick Ross and the alleged victim had been in a relationship for about a year and were living together at the time of the alleged incident.   According to the woman she was awaken by Rick Ross who was angry about an Instagram post she had been tagged in and had accused her of lying and cheating.  The woman told police Ross struck her in the chest several times and restricted her breathing by grabbing and twisting the collar of the hoodie she was wearing.  The affidavit alleges Ross then grabbed the woman by her ponytail and slammed her against a wall before striking her in the face, causing a busted lip. The report states he then pushed her to the floor, turned on the shower and attempted to spray her with the shower head. The woman was eventually able to leave the bathroom and later gathered her belongings and left the residence after Ross left, according to the affidavit.
