Three Alleged Friends of Nolan Wells Are Threatening To Sue Sunny Hostin Of “The View” For Defamation

Three alleged friends of Nolan Wells have demanded Sunny Hostin, co-host of ABC’s talk show “The View,” publicly retract and apologize for statements the group says accuse them of involvement in Wells’ death. If Hostin does not act within in 10 days, attorneys representing the alleged friends, Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymore, will file a defamation lawsuit against her.

Sunny Hostin is a lawyer, television host, author, who previously worked in law enforcement as a prosecutor is best known for her role as a co-host of the ABC morning talk show “The View,” during a segment questioned the circumstances of Wells’ death and the three friends’ involvement.

“So I think we’re going to learn a lot more about Nolan Wells. I think there is a lot of discrepancies. I don’t know how much I can say because I have had conversations with Ben (Crump), but in my view, there are a lot of inconsistencies, especially around Nolan’s cell phone and cell phone records and social media profiles being erased,”

Nolan Xavier Wells, was last seen July 4 on the island, where he was hanging out with a group of friends, that he traveled there with, but everyone else reportedly made it back to the mainland without him. Wells’ phone was found on the boat he and his friends had been on earlier that day, and returned to his family.  Sadly, days later, 18 year old Nolan Wells body was found on Horn Island reportedly his body appeared to have washed up on shore.  Everything surrounding Nolan Well death has been a mystery now the parents of Nolan Wells is now speaking out and they say they just want transparency.
