Alisa Goods, a grandmother of five, was reported missing on Aug. 10. Two days later, her family says they started receiving messages from her phone. The texts asked for help, gas money and bitcoin. Niece Alana Calloway said the request for gas money was especially strange because Goods does not drive. Alisa Goods who had been missing for ten days when her family members have traveled to Las Vegas to connect with police who allegedly told Goods family that the 63 year old woman wasn’t a priority to them.  Tragically Alisa Goods has been found dead.

On Friday, Aug. 26, Alisa Goods family announced that their loved one’s body was discovered near Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.

“Our hearts are broken,” “We were notified that my aunt was found-unfortunately, not the way we wanted her to be. This is an unimaginable time. Words cannot describe the pain our family is experiencing right now.”

Reportedly the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says on Thursday at 1:45 a.m., dispatch received a call for service about a woman found dead in a drainage ditch near Wayne Newton Boulevard and the Terminal 1 parking garage at Harry Reid Airport. Officers arrived and found the woman. Police say surveillance video from the airport shows she fell down an embankment, got back up, and collapsed on August 8.

The million dollar question is how did she go from going to CVS to walking near the airport??

Let’s keep the family of Alisa Goods uplifted in our prayers.
