Creepy Masked Man AKA Philly’s “Chucky” Identified [VIDEO]

Philadelphia police have been searching for a man wearing a creepy mask  who has been harassing, chasing and threatening  people near City Hall, including a woman whom he asked if she was “ready to die.”  Good news is allegedly Philly’s Chucky has been identified the bad news is police haven’t been able to catch him yet.

Philadelphia police released a statement saying that an arrest warrant was issued for Zymire Hughes, with authorities saying he may have fled Pennsylvania while having “ties to California and Nevada,”

Police believe that Zymire Hughes is Philly’s Chucky who was chasing people around City Hall in the early morning hours. They say he was likely doing it for social media fame.

“I believe that he was doing this purely for social media content – either A, for his own sick personal amusement, or B, he had plans of posting it online at some point, and possibly monetizing it,” said Philadelphia Police Capt. Jason Smith.
