Ohio Man Charged With Felony After Posing As His 11yr Old On TikTok To Lure Man He Shot Who Allegedly Sexual Assaulted His Daughter [VIDEO]

An Ohio father is facing felony charges after authorities say he posed as his 11-year-old daughter on TikTok to lure the man accused of sexually assaulting her back to the family’s home, where he allegedly shot him twice.

31-year-old Malik Chandler was arrested following a shooting at his home in Grove City, Ohio. Investigators say the incident unfolded after the child’s mother reportedly discovered a video on their daughter’s phone that allegedly showed 20-year-old Diego Montoya Gonzalez sexually assaulting the 11-year-old inside the family’s residence. Prosecutors allege that the following day, Chandler created a plan to confront Montoya Gonzalez by pretending to be his daughter on TikTok and convincing him to return to the home.  Chandler say’s he initially was going to beat Gonzalez up then call the police but he thought Gonzalez was reaching for a gun so he shot him.

Malik Chandler was charged with felony assault and a grand jury has indicted Montoya Gonzalez on multiple felony charges, including two counts of rape, five counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and one count of obstruction of official business and allegedly prosecutors found more videos on Gonzalez  cellphone with children as young as infant and toddlers.
