Kodak Black Arrested For Drug Trafficking Following His Finger Prints Being Found On A Prescription Bottle In A Car He Wasn’t In [VIDEO]

Rapper Kodak Black has had a long, tumultuous history of legal issues, ranging from weapon and drug charges to sexual assault allegations, starting from his teenage years. Despite several arrests, Kodak Black has secured notable plea deals, a presidential pardon, and ongoing legal defense, often maintaining his career while navigating these issues.   Kodak Black who seems to have legal nine lives, is using up another one, except this time he wasn’t even in the car in which the legal issue is stemming.  

Kodak Black has been arrested on a drug trafficking charge because a prescription bottle with his finger prints were found inside a car, that he wasn’t even in??

According to TMZ, Kodak Black (government name Bill Kapri, formerly Dieuson Octave) was booked into the Orange County Corrections Department in Central Florida on a charge related to trafficking MDMA, aka methyle-meth.  Here is were things sound a little crazy, according to Kodak Black’s attorney,  Kodak Black wasn’t even a passenger in the vehicle tied to the case, claiming that the arrest was part of a coordinated surrender linked to a November 2025 traffic stop where another person was inside the car when police searched it, allegedly finding a bag containing several items, including a bottle of prescription cough syrup that reportedly had Kodak’s fingerprint on it.

Kodak Black is reportedly being held without bond until a court hearing.
