Prayers Up:  Joe Little Of The Rude Boys Reveals He’s Having Throat Surgery [VIDEO]

Prayers are going out to Cleveland’s own and brother of The Sam Sylk Show singer Joe Little of The Rude Boys, as he revealed in a video on Instagram that he is undergoing throat surgery for a cyst, polyp and inflammation. 

 Starting today, April 15, 2026, with six weeks to projected recovery. TWO WEEKS NO TALKING. The uphill road to recovery to BETTER THAN EVER. The Creator spoke to me, saying, “All is well,” and Doc said, “All went well.” I am excited for what’s to come. 🎼🎶🎤🎙️🗣️ SHARE THIS TO ALL SINGERS AND ORATORS 

Vocal cord polyps and related lesions are very common in singers due to high vocal demand, with studies suggesting up to 39% of musical theater singers.

Joe Little III aka Joey Beanz is the lead singer of 90’s R&B group Rude Boys is famously known for smash hit and award winning 1991 R&B Billboard song of the year  “ Written All Over your Face. In 2000, Little and Levert co-wrote and produced the singles “Selfish Reasons” and “Proven and True” for The Temptations’ album “Ear-Resistible”, which won a Grammy Award for Best Traditional R&B Vocal Album.
