‘The Night Cap’ Calls Cap On Trevone Boykin Calling Russell Wilson’s Thanksgiving “Weird” After Being Invited [VIDEO]

There is nothing like having Thanksgiving dinner surrounded by family and friends.  The best would be being able to have it at Big Mama’s house, with Big Mama preparing all our favorite dishes from scratch while we watch football and play cards, talking trash to other family members.  Unfortunately/fortunately many of us have had a Thanksgiving occasion where we weren’t able to make it to Big Mama’s and were blessed enough for another family to celebrate the holiday with them.  What is unfortunate is someone being extended an invitation then attend then trash your kindness.  

On a recent ‘The Night Cap’ podcast, hosts Shannon Sharpe and  Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, called cap/ungratefulness on former Seattle Seahawk, Trevone Boykin, when a video was shared of him in an interview saying that former teammate Russell Wilson had invited him to Thanksgiving and Wilson’s Thanksgiving was weird and Future Jr. was bad as hell.

According to Trevone Boykin who was invited to Russell Wilson’s home during the 2016 season for Thanksgiving:

“I come from a traditional, country-a** Black family,” Boykin said. “If I got as much money as Russell Wilson, my whole family would talk bad about me if I ain’t fly everybody out for Thanksgiving… and I’m sponsored by an airline.” 

Russell Wilson, Ciara their children including Future Jr. was there but Russell Wilson’s mother, sister etc., wasn’t there, stating that “It’s still weird to me.”

… His mama wasn’t there. Sisters weren’t there.”…“My family gonna do the food. If you’re the one with the money, we’re coming to your house… It’s literally him [Wilson], Ciara, me, baby future, the chef, and two nannies, and three dogs.”

That’s when Shannon Sharpe had to kick the the statistics on where black families typically gather and why he doesn’t invite outsiders.
