Former RHOA Ex-Husband Peter Thomas Is Launching New Podcast From Behind Bars [VIDEO]

Former RHOA, ex-husband of Cynthia Bailey and restaurateur Peter Thomas back in December pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Charlotte, North Carolina, to one count of failure to pay trust fund taxes.  Federal prosecutors reported that between 2017 and 2023, Thomas caused Club One CLT, Sports ONE, Sports ONE CLT, PT Media, Bar One Miami Beach, and Bar One Baltimore to fail to pay employment taxes. This includes more than $1.7 million that was taken from his workers’ paychecks.  Peter Thomas was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for failing to pay the government more than $2.5 million in employment taxes, and following his 18 month Federal Prison sentence Peter Thomas was also ordered to spend two years on supervised release and pay restitution.  That’s a lot going on but Peter Thomas has always known how to get his hustle on and turn lemons into lemonade.  So while he’s locked up and they won’t let him out Peter Thomas has announced he is launching a new podcast that will be premiering on his YouTube channel ‘1 Society Podcast ‘Pass The Mic‘ that is being managed by Team Peter.

According to the official message from Peter Thomas’ team:

“Starting September 30 at 7:30 PM I will be launching my podcast on my YouTube channel, my first guest is the ONE & ONLY MISS LAWRENCE. Superstar, multi talented and my friend,” “Peter is currently incarcerated in the FBOP, he thank y’all for all the support.”
