Florida Man Charged With Shooting And Pistol Whipping An Uber Eats Driver That Tried To Get His Girls Digits [VIDEO]

This is called a relationship dilemma gone severely wrong, when a Florida man shot and pistol whipped an Uber Eats driver who delivered his food then later came back to get his girlfriends phone number.

According to a report, allegedly, a Uber Eats driver was delivering food to an apartment complex in Miami-Dade when he spoke with a woman outside the main lobby. About 50 minutes later, he returned hoping to see her again and get her phone number, but wasn’t able to find her.  When the Uber Eats driver was returning to his car when he walked back to his car, he was approached by a 33 year old male being identified as Khuslen Saruultuya, who pointed a gun at the Uber Eats driver and told him to lie on the ground when the driver heard a shot fired and was grazed in the butt by a bullet. Saruultuya then allegedly struck him in the back of the head with the gun, causing a 2-inch open wound before ordering him to get up and threatening to kill him.  The Uber Eats driver then ran and Saruultuya gave chase while the woman attempted to intervene, telling Saruultuya to stop.

Khuslen Saruultuya, 33, was charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and is facing several drug trafficking charges.
