Weekend Shooting Leaves 21yr Old Dead, 1 In Critical Outside Punch Bowl Social In The Flats [VIDEO]

What is happening in The Flats in Cleveland.  Police presence was beefed and Play Bar & Grill was shut down a few weeks ago following a shooting weeks ago that left multiple people injured.  It was thought that closing Play Bar & Grill and more police would solve the violence problem.   However reportedly this past weekend there was a shooting in that general area of Play Bar & Grill, outside Punch Bowl Social that left a 21 year old dead and another in critical condition.

Reportedly the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the man killed as 21 year old Zai Vyon Frederick Ocie Jackson, 21, of Cleveland.  According to reports there was an argument then shot s rang out.  Police then found Jackson dead, when  searching the area they also found a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound who is now listed in critical condition.
