Former MTV-VJ Ananda Lewis Has Lost Her Battle With Breast Cancer

As health screenings advance so does some peoples apprehension to being screened for a number of reasons but most out of some kind of fear.  Former MTV VJ Ananda Lewis avoided mammograms for years out of fear of radiation exposure, only to be diagnosed with stage 3 cancer.  Back in October of 2024, 24 tear old Ananda Lewis shared the sad news that she had stage 4 cancer after refusing to have a double mastectomy.  

Prayers are in order, 8 months, after sharing the news of her cancer story, 52 year old Ananda Lewis has passed according to various sources, including WPGC radio.

Ananda Lewis held roles on, MYV,  The Insider and Entertainment Tonight, as well as heading up ‘The Ananda Lewis Show.’
