Joe Budden’s Attorney Say’s He Wasn’t Arrested And Filing Charges Against Neighbor

Allegedly Rapper/Podcaster Joe Budden neighbors know his naked truth after he was charged for getting caught in his birthday suit outside his premise and his naked self was allegedly caught on his neighbors Ring camera.  Joe Budden’s camp is responding to the allegations and say they are filing felony chargers against the neighbor.

Joe Budden’s attorney, Nima Ameri, has responded to recent allegations that the media personality was arrested for lewd behavior, also criticizing  Edgewater Police Department for releasing a statement he claims was motivated by Budden’s celebrity status and race.

In a statement, Nima Ameri clarified that Budden was not arrested and described the charges against him as minor. He further alleged that Budden has been waiting weeks for his own cross-complaints, involving more serious accusations, to be processed against the individual who filed the initial complaint. Ameri also took aim at Edgewater Police Chief Martin, asserting that the chief should focus on “notable policing” rather than publicizing “disorderly person allegations.”
