Prayers: Man Who Fell To His Death On A Roller Coaster At Six Flags Over Georgia Has Been Identified [VIDEO]

Prayers are in order for all the families that witnessed the horrible tragedy that happened at Six Flags Over Georgia yesterday when a man was ejected from the Goliath roller coaster, leaving him dead with his child seated next to him with his family watching below and four others were injured causing the park to be evacuated.  However special prayers are going out for the family of 42 year old Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem of Atlanta, Georgia, who has been identified as the victim that lost his life in this horrifying incident.

According to CNN Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem was “a cherished member” of Wesley International Academy, an Atlanta public charter school, Atlanta Public Schools said in a statement.

“presence and impact will be deeply missed by our students, staff, and all those whose lives he touched,” …“Atlanta Public Schools extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Mr. Kariem.” …“Our thoughts are with everyone mourning his loss during this difficult time,”

Details are very slim at this time as to what actually happened on the Goliath roller coaster that is described as a “hyper coaster” that reaches a top elevation of 200 feet and a top speed of 70 mph and runs for 210 seconds.   Reportedly some that were on the ride at the time the incident happened say it was on the hill where the ride captures pictures of the riders and that Kariem could be seen out of his seat in the photos.

Also members of the family have seen some photos on social media of Kariem during this horrifying incident and have asked very respectfully that people not post the photos or remove what they have posted.
