Teen Who Filmed George Floyd’s Death Says Uncle Killed In Police Chase Incident

Darnella Frazier was doing what most teenagers do on that fateful day that she witnessed the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis by ex-police officer Derek Chauvin in 2020 and because Darnella Frazier hit record then post justice came to fruition in George Floyd’s death.  You can only imagine what such an ordeal had done to the psyche of a young lady only 17 years old witnessing a person that is supposed to protect and serve, senselessly taking the life from someone.  So can you imagine if lightning struck twice in her life?

According to Darnella Fraziers social media the now 18 year old has reported that her uncle has been killed not at the knee of a Minneapolis police officer however by his car.

Officials from the Minneapolis Office of Police Information said the driver of the stolen car was involved in several robberies and refused to stop for police.  During the police chase Darnella Frazier’s uncle Leneal Lamont Frazier was struck by a police car and killed.

“Minneapolis police killed my uncle,” “Another black man lost his life in the hands of the police … I couldn’t accept what I was hearing and still can’t. Some things just take time to process.” -Darnella Frazier

Attorney Ben Crump will be making his way back to Minneapolis to represent the Frazier family.

We will be keeping the Frazier family uplifted in our prayers.
