Will Smith Sexual Assault/Harassment 15-Page Civil Complaint Break Down [VIDEO]

Brian King Joseph, the professional violinist who has sued Will Smith and his company for sexual harassment, alleging wrongful termination and retaliation, shared a video hinting at the legal matter days before he filed the complaint in court.  The WTH is going on is a lot to unpack however we believe we have found someone that is not a lawyer, that has read all 15 pages of the complaint to break to all down for us.

According to the complaint, Brian King Joseph alleges that he and Will Smith met through music industry connections after Joseph performed studio sessions with high-profile artists. He claims that in November 2024, Smith invited him to audition musically, and after a successful December 2024 live performance in San Diego, Smith allegedly encouraged him to become more involved in future shows and recording projects.  This is where things seemed to get weird, when all were in a hotel for another project, Brian King Joesph claimed that some sexual content was left in his room and when he reported it to team Will Smith he was kicked to the curb.

Alleged evidence:

“of a sexual threat of violence” allegedly included a handwritten note reading, “Brian, I’ll be back…just us,” with a drawn heart and signed, “Stone F,” as well as “wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to” –Brian King Joseph.
