Van Jones Shares A DM From Charlie Kirk The Day Before He Was Assassinated [VIDEO]

Charlie Kirk was memorialized this past weekend after  Charlie Kirk, 31 years old, one the most influential figures on the right and founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, was assassinated during a speaking event at Utah Valley University.  Many things have been said about Charlie Kirk, and depending on what end of the spectrum you are on, some positive some not.  None the less Charlie Kirk has been garnered the full support of the WH.  CNN’s political commentator Van Jones that be on the opposite end of that spectrum of Charlie Kirk shared an interesting DM he received from Charlie Kirk the day before he was assassinated.

According to Van Jones:

The day before he was horrifically murdered, Charlie Kirk sent me a direct message on X.

“Hey, Van, I mean it, I’d love to have you on my show to have a respectful conversation about crime and race. I would be a gentleman as I know you would be as well. We can disagree about the issues agreeably.”

Kirk’s murder gives us all reason to come back to the table for dialogue. There is a rising tide of political violence that has already swept away his life and many others’ lives, from both the Left and the Right.
