University of Alabama Basketball Player Accused Of Murder Over Rejection [VIDEO]

23 year old Jamea Jonae Harris and her boyfriend had driven to Tuscaloosa from Birmingham to visit her cousin, who is a student at the University of Alabama.  While out getting something to eat Jamea Jonae Harris was shot and killed for allegedly turning down advances made by now ex University of Alabama player Darius Miles.

21 year Darius Miles and 20 year old Michael Lynn Davis were arrested and charged with capital murder for the shooting death of the mother of a 5 year old, Jamea Jonae.   Both are being held without bail.

According to witnesses Michael Davis was the actual shooter and he had gotten the gun from Darius Miles.  Also, according to court documents the horrible ordeal was captured on surveillance video.

Darius Miles is maintaining his innocence.
