Tyler Perry Is Starting Off 2026 With A Huge Shake Up On ‘Sistas’ [VIDEO]

If your a fan of Tyler Perry’s ‘Sistas’ on BET the first part of season 10, where we endured Karen being pregnant then giving birth to twins by two different men for what seemed like two years in 2025, tragically one of the twins passed at birth.  Karen ended up going through some severe mental issues behind the death of one of the twins and in her coming through it decided to marry Aaron and move to Seattle to close out 2025.  But what was even more shocking was the midseason finale that showed Andi being blown up in a car explosion and Sabrina being involved in a terrible car accident.  Fans were wondering if it meant that Karen would be leaving the show??  Especially since death hasn’t never been the case that they have given cast members like Gary having 9lives on the show.  Well it seems that Tyler Perry is giving the answers to that question with a recent post of a picture of the cast of ‘Sistas’ season ten, that doesn’t include Karen and an even bigger shocker, it doesn’t include Sabrina either, however the photo includes two new faces.
